CANTERBURY BOYS HIGH SCHOOL

Enrichment Program 2025

We are pleased to offer your son the opportunity to apply for a place in the Canterbury Boys High School Enrichment Program for 2025.

At Canterbury Boys High School, we have a program designed to cater to the needs of boys with high potential through a targeted enrichment class.

Boys who have been identified as having academic potential in particular areas require specialist instruction to develop and nurture their interests and skills. Our program provides an enriched environment with stimulating challenges and opportunities for our boys to maximise their academic potential.

The enrichment program will be facilitated by a team of teachers who will develop differentiated cross curricular teaching programs that will be individualised for your son. Ongoing enrolment in the program will be based on students consistently meeting high standards.

At Canterbury Boys High School, we pride ourselves on creating a culture of excellence with high expectations and where challenges are celebrated.

We thank you for your support in helping us achieve this goal.

How is your son chosen?

·         Enrichment Test

There is an enrichment test, at a cost of $50, was held on Wednesday 4th September 2024 9:30AM at Canterbury Boys High School

More details about the 2026 test will follow in early 2025.

·         Interview and Portfolio

Following the successful completion of the enrichment test your son will be invited for an interview at the school. At that interview his test results will be discussed and his overall suitability for the program reviewed. Your son will submit a portfolio outlining his academic achievements and examples of his leadership at school and in the community at this interview.

We invite you to apply for your son to be part of this exciting initiative.
