Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Welcome from our principal

Welcome to Canterbury Boys High School. Here, tradition and innovation combine to create a learning environment where every student is supported to achieve his best. Our values of Truth and Honour underpin everything we do, shaping the character of our boys and guiding them to become respectful, resilient, and responsible young men who are prepared for life beyond school.

We are proud of our strong academic results, with HSC and NAPLAN outcomes reflecting the commitment and high expectations of both students and staff. Just as importantly, we believe education extends well beyond the classroom. Our programs in chess, music, sport, and enrichment provide boys with opportunities to explore their talents, discover new interests, and develop the confidence to succeed in a variety of fields.

At Canterbury Boys High School, our diversity is what unites us. We pride ourselves on our inclusive and tolerant attitudes towards all cultures and members of our community, fostering respect, belonging, and connection that extend well beyond the school gates.

I invite you to explore our website to discover more about the opportunities on offer at Canterbury Boys High School. We look forward to welcoming you into our community.”
